• We offer free standard shipping within Australia on all orders over $70 AUD
• Express shipping is available on orders over $200 AUD
• International shipping is complimentary on orders over $250 AUD, or available at a flat rate of $20 AUD
All orders are shipped from Sydney, with dispatch typically within 1–2 business days.
Returns
Due to hygiene standards, we’re unable to accept returns on opened or used products.
However, if you’ve changed your mind and your item is unused, unopened, and in original condition, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Return approval is at our discretion, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
