Returns Policy
We’re committed to delivering quality lash products and a seamless customer experience. Due to the hygienic nature of our items, we enforce a strict but fair returns policy. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.
Returns Eligibility
We only accept returns if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging and condition

A return request is submitted within 14 days of receiving your order

Proof of purchase is provided (order number or receipt)

The return is approved by our customer service team prior to sending
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we recommend using tracked postage. We do not accept responsibility for return parcels lost in transit.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for:

Opened or used lash products, applicators, or kits

Items returned without prior approval

Change-of-mind purchases

Items damaged due to customer misuse
Refunds
If your return is approved and received in acceptable condition:

A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

You will receive confirmation via email once your refund has been issued

Shipping costs are non-refundable

Items returned in a used, opened, or damaged condition will not be refunded
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing sabrina@fornowlashes.com.au with:

A description of the issue

Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We will review and resolve the issue as promptly as possible.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Parcels
We are not responsible for parcels that are lost, delayed, or stolen after dispatch. If your parcel is marked “Delivered” but you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly to initiate an investigation. We are happy to support you in this process where possible.
If the incorrect address was entered at checkout and the parcel is returned to us, a re-shipping fee will apply. We do not offer refunds for parcels returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
